SynTier Engineering, Inc. was formed in late 2018. Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience providing efficient, cost-effective civil engineering services for our clients in the Palouse, Clearwater Valley and Spokane Valley. A major factor for opening a small firm in Pullman was to remove ourselves from corporate red tape, and provide a high level of local knowledge with professional expertise. SynTier focuses on personal, one-on-one relationships with each of our highly-valued customers. SynTier Engineering provides general civil engineering services and surveying to private, commercial, and residential developers, as well as municipal public agencies and institutional entities. We offer pre-development consulting, design PS&E’s and construction administration to all potential clients. SynTier also offers surveying services including platting, boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys as well as construction staking.
