Chubb, formerly known as ACE Bermuda Insurance Ltd. (ACE Bermuda), a subsidiary of ACE Limited, acquired a 40% equity interest in both Freisenbruch-Meyer Insurance Services Ltd (“FMIS”) and FMIL. In October 2005, we were pleased to enter into a business relationship with Butterfield Bank, providing their clients with access to our quality products and services.
