A mediation is a method of reaching an agreements out-of-court. A mediation is a process in which the parties have a chance to come to a satisfactory resolution of the dispute, without escalating the conflict. It is in a friendly atmosphere and on a neutral ground, in the presence and with the help of an impartial and professional mediator. The Tri-City Mediation Center offers e-mediation, i.e. electronic mediation. It is reasonable to use e-mediation when the parties' personal participation in meetings with the mediator is difficult, e.g. due to living outside country. Importantly, apart from the form of conducting the proceedings, e-mediation is no different from traditional mediation.
