The Upstate New York Chapter of SMPS serves marketing professionals throughout Upstate New York, from Buffalo to Albany, from the North Country to the Southern Tier. The chapter has more than 60 members from the state’s leading AEC firms. We offer our members networking opportunities, professional development, leadership opportunities, and marketing resources to help advance your career and position your firm. Our chapter offers a range of programs each month, at locations throughout the state. Major programs are generally held in centrally-located Syracuse, and metro-based programs are held in Rochester, Albany, Syracuse, Ithaca, and Buffalo. SMPS is the only organization dedicated to creating business opportunities in the A/E/C industry. The Society for Marketing Professional Services was created in 1973 by a small group of professional services firm leaders who recognized the need to sharpen skills, pool resources, and work together to create business opportunities.
