Alest was created in 1997 by Marina Khvatova. She gathered a Franco-Russian team of senior consultants working in Paris, Rennes, Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Today ALEST’s activity is based on a seventeen-year experience with Western companies developing their projects in the Eastern European countries. In the beginning ALEST was specialized in a strategic development consultancy on markets such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Then, it extended its activity to human resources consultancy. Today ALEST accompanies its clients in their international development.
