Women Empower (WE) was founded by a group of women committed to creating change. It was truly more of a calling. A calling to actively and effectively BE the difference in the world. WE firmly believes when women are empowered, they empower EVERYONE around them. In that moment, they become their best selves and tap into their highest power, that which our world is hungry for now more than ever.  Most women have experienced being broken down and diminished at some point in their lives. History has shown women tearing other women down and men calling women names when showing signs of power. These women are left with the feeling and experience of not being good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, powerful, or worthy enough. Humanity suffers greatly from a sense of “otherness,” where attention and reaction is given to our differences - in gender, social status, socioeconomics, and beliefs. What’s been missing is a platform for women to freely speak out without being criticized or judged. A safe space to come together, elevate, and empower one another. A community that offers an authentic sense of belonging. A future where women are continually tapping into their potential and experiencing life in new ways that are fulfilling, making a true difference in the world. For everyone to be heard, connected, and empowered! WE is an organization made up of diverse women who value collaboration, communication, generosity, integrity, authenticity and who lead by example. The women of WE empower women to be their best and live their best lives through three pillars: Connection, Mentorship and Philanthropy. The greatest gift WE could ever give the world is a woman empowered - who is her best, living a life creatively designed by her, and being a contribution to the world that she truly desires to be.
