The region’s only healthcare tenant representation practice group just six year ago, has formed HealthyTenant, Inc., a company devoted to saving providers money throughout their occupancy. HealthyTenant serves practices throughout the area with offices in Rockville and Fairfax and will be supported by an advisory committee with additional healthcare, legal & accounting resources. HealthyTenant provides a new platform for medical professionals, who are typically overlooked by corporate real estate firms and landlords. Non-transactional services will enable full lifecycle support for practices—pre-lease and post-lease—to include facility consulting, education, a client portal and landlord notice & expense analysis.
