Dr. Rima has 35 years of experience in ministry, academic and non-profit leadership and is a certified Spiritual Director. Sam has written or co-written five books and has served hundreds of leaders through his workshops, academic courses, personal coaching and spiritual direction. Sam is passionate about helping people grow in their personal awareness of God's presence and more deeply experience his love. Sam is also committed to helping leaders grow in their self-awareness and lead with authenticity, transparency and passion. He has extensive experience working with churches and clergy as well as in the academic and non-profit space.
