Webster Area Development Corporation (WADC) is a local non-profit economic development organization aimed at promoting the growth of the Webster area in northeastern South Dakota. It is governed by a nine-member board of directors, and staffed by one full-time executive director. WADC recruits new businesses to Day County and works with existing companies to help them grow. Additional projects include workforce development, housing development and our Lake Region Business Center. We are an equal opportunity provider, employer and lender.
