Resin and Wax Holdings Limited (ResWax) is designing and implementing a process to produce natural resins and waxes from kauri fields in New Zealand's Far North with minimal land disturbance. The Kauri wax is valued as an ingredient in printing, polishes, coatings and other applications across numerous industries. The Kauri resin is valued in roading, building materials and numerous other applications. ResWax uses a combination of novel engineering, chemical expertise and unique process design to reach the extracted product. In 2016, we established a pilot plant to fine-tune our production process and create sample product for our global end-users. In 2022 we concluded a substantial capital raise and commenced detailed plant design and procurement along with site development for our full scale processing operation. Our vision is to create a sustainable and profitable business in a new industry creating incremental income and high quality employment for the local economy.
