The know-how we have acquired in this product has helped us to expand our range: mature and semi-mature cheese, fresh cheese, soft cheese, blue cheese, as well as traditional Italian foods, now run alongside our core range and are distributed by our foreign subsidiaries to consumers, food manufacturers and food service professionals around the world.
