Hanging Gardens was founded in 2017 with the goal of obtaining a license to cultivate and process medical marijuana. The four principals of the company saw an opportunity in the newly legal medical marijuana sector to produce consistent, safe, and inexpensive medication for a variety of debilitating diseases. Having known family and friends that have had success utilizing cannabis-based medicine it is our goal to better understand the possible effects of primary and non-primary cannabinoids to optimize patient health. In 2018 Hanging Gardens was awarded one of the 25 grower-processor licenses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and received the second highest score among the hundreds of applicants.
