The Three Rivers Community Foundation (3RCF) is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people in Benton and Franklin Counties. We bring together the financial resources of individuals, families, and businesses to support nonprofits in the community. The primary purposes of 3RCF are to stimulate the creation of endowed funds to support nonprofits in our community now, and in the future; and to address community needs and opportunities through grantmaking and organizational leadership.
