CES and its telecom division Novacom is a full service design engineering and consulting firm specializing in design-build, the application of environmental technologies for environmental cleanup, and wireless site infra-structure development. CES began as an environmental company in 2001. In 2006, the wireless division, Novacom was formed adding antenna concealment services to its toolbox. In 2009 geotechnical engineering was added. With more than 20+ full time and part time employees, including professional engineers, surveyors and geotechnical engineers, the CES Group is positioned to provide additional value to its clients providing full service engineering, environmental, Concealment and turnkey remediation support and construction services. The company is made up of two divisions, the first being the holding company, CES, providing Civil, Environ-mental Survey Services. CES holds all private and municipal contracts. The second is Novacom, the wireless infrastructure arm of CES, it provides services related to wireless infrastructure development such as site acquisit on Environmental Phase I, (through CES), environmental & regulatory compliance and geotechnical services (also through CES) as well as Novacom Concealment Systems.
