The Food Pharmacy mission is to co-create a global community where individuals select the best nutritional and lifestyle choices for themselves, their families, the animals and the environment. We believe Food Is Medicine and optimal health can be achieved, disease can be prevented and in many cases reversed with the power of your fork. The Food Pharmacy follows a comprehensive approach that includes proper plant based nutrition, regular exercise, stress reduction and adequate rest. We are available to conduct cooking demonstrations, seminars, speaking engagements, employee wellness programs, menu development and more. We also provide one-on -one programs such as health and lifestyle coaching.
