The Centre for Health Equity, Law & Policy (C-HELP) is an initiative established by the Indian Law Society, Pune with the aim of advancing and improving health delivery, access and outcomes through the development, sharing and use of knowledge on health-related law and policy as informed by India’s constitutional framework, and her international commitments including the Sustainable Development Goals. C-HELP undertakes research, advocacy, education, empowerment and literacy on the law, develops and disseminates knowledge products, provides advisory services, and convenes forums to foster interdisciplinary thinking on health issues.
