The Forney Economic Development Corporation (FEDC) is the business development and marketing arm for the City of Forney, one of the fastest growing communities in North Texas located 21 miles east of Dallas. Created by Forney voters in 1994, the FEDC is a nonprofit Type B Economic Development Corporation in charge of business attraction, retention and expansion. The FEDC provides an array of services, including corporate site selection assistance, small business development and support to the existing business community.
