We are the longest standing animal welfare NGO in Hong Kong committed to prevent animal cruelty through 24-hour animal rescue, rehabilitating and rehoming homeless animals, hosting humane education workshops and actively lobbying government on legislations that are related to the welfare of animals. We also provide professional veterinary services to owned pets which allows pet owners to support our welfare work through their patronage of our service. Less than 1% of our operating expense comes from the government.
