Dr. Bernard is a friendly wellness centre dedicated to a new vision of health and wellbeing. Overlooking the Ocean on Costa da Caparica, the centre is located 14 minutes drive from central Lisbon. « Dr Bernard opened on 8th April 2018. On this day, we celebrated the 80th birthday of Dr. Jean Antoine Bernard, my father. Dr Bernard is this impossible adventure of trying to convince my dad that Health is not just bout diagnosis and treatment. I do believe Health is about taking care of your mind and body, it is a lifestyle and a mind-set.
