In December 2016, the Haynes Group acquired OATS Limited, a global oil and lubricants database business based in Swindon (UK). The acquisition of E3 Technical in September 2017 saw HaynesPro taking on all E3 Technical’s direct and indirect business from Carweb Ltd, a subsidiary of Solera Holdings Inc. The E3 Technical business was rebranded to HaynesPro UK and delivers technical data solutions, Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) look-up solutions and associated helpdesks for the UK market. The HaynesPro Group now consists of approximately 240 professionals who work from offices in the Netherlands, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Romania and the USA.
