By integrating the client’s mining with our maintenance services, we are able to formulate and implement the optimal maintenance plan based on the client’s unique requirements, providing total support for continual mining, which is what the client wants. Our Engineering and Maintenance Strategy brings all current LHD’s, Drills Rigs and MUV’s maintenance practices and operations together with current industry best practice in order to provide a cost-effective and coherent 'road map'. Underground Maintenance Crews Our underground maintenance teams consist of a FULL-TIME EMPLOYED product technicians, artisans and assistants, who ensure that the machinery operates at maximum performance. Each machine is withdrawn and is subjected to compulsory maintenance as per OEM specifications. 24 Hour Filed Service CMBT is proud to have a team of dedicated, skilled Field Service Artisans who are trained to offer a wide variety of on-site, technical services. The team covers a variety of customer-specific service arrangements from service and maintenance supervision and assistance to 24hr emergency call-outs. Surface Rebuild Workshop Our specialised 2000m2 workshop complex and manufacturing facilities provide for more complex machine repair, refurbishment and rebuild programmes. COMPONENT REPAIRS In addition to the full machine remanufacture programme available at CMBT, all major components can also be refurbished and repaired in their dedicated component repair workshops.
