Created by Helena after discovering that her son Ken had a gluten intolerance our company maybe small at heart but we have a big vision. We aim to bring great taste, texture and freedom to customers that have been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, Gluten intolerance or Lactose intolerance. We also appeal to customers who have chosen to adopt a gluten free lifestyle as our products are very low in salt and sugar making them a great guilt free snack and perfect for kids parties. Our current range includes 6 types of frozen cheese dough balls with natural flavours i.e. Plain, Garlic, Tomato & Basil, Rosemary plus Vegan Plain & Vegan Garlic dough balls. Our products are produced and packed in the UK and have been tested to ensure they meet EU gluten free requirements in line with Coeliac UK guidelines. We are also accredited by the Vegetarian Society UK. We believe in using ethical suppliers and only use fresh ingredients and free range eggs in our products along with the quality Gluten Free Cassava Starch. Our products are sold frozen to be baked at home or in a restaurant making them convenient and low wastage. We believe in making simple & healthy gluten free snacks so our products are free from preservatives, artificial colourings and flavourings. We're also proud that they are 'Free From' Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Nuts and Lactose. We don't but any 'nasties' in our products; no additives, no preservatives, no colourings, no added sugar.
