Nxchange is a new generation stock exchange for direct trading in securities between companies and investors. Nxchange makes it possible to place and trade securities on a regulated platform without intervention of a bank or broker being required. Nxchange has both a licence for a regulated market and an investment firm. The former was issued by the Ministry of Finance and the latter by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). We are under the supervision of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
