Founded in 1985, Jeffrey Alec Communications is a marketing communications firm specializing in brand identity development and design. We have worked with clients in a wide variety of business sectors creating brand identity and communications programs designed to enhance their image and grow their business. Our primary focus is B2B marketing but we have extensive B2C experience as well. Our success in creating brands is largely due to a fundamental we all learned in school – we do our homework. We start by establishing a thorough understanding of the client’s business, their customer base, and their competitors. We then scour this information in search of “key insights” – those pieces that help us understand why our client is unique and what we need to communicate to motivate our audience. We put this information and the key insights into a document called a Brand Platform. It serves as the foundation for all of the communications we create. Our clients are actively involved in the development of the Brand Platform. Beyond our branding experience and approach there are several other things that we believe sets us apart: Experience, Flexibility, Collaboration and Stewardship. Ultimately we are always looking for new challenges with clients who are bullish about the future. We recognize that real success comes through solutions developed in a collaborative environment.
