Carpenter & Co. was founded in 2009 to provide executive search services combining the training, professionalism, and network of a large search firm with the personal attention and lack of conflicts and off-limits inherently provided in a boutique search firm. To this end, a small search team has been assembled that collectively has more than 50 years of experience in the search industry.
