Delta Property Management acquires, renovates and manages duplexes in central Iowa. Delta Property Management (DPM) currently manages seventeen duplexes (34 units) in Ames, Clive, Des Moines and Urbandale Iowa. The first acquisition was completed in 2006, the company was officially organized in 2011. Much of DPM's success can be attributed to strong partnerships that have been built over the last decade.
