Corporate Summary We firmly believe that DaD has created a very important value since we started our operation in 2006. The concept of incubator 2.0 of internet and technology businesses investing in entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and execution skills is demonstrating its potential and will rapidly create value for the shareholders. Some of our investments have demonstrated to be ranked among the best Internet projects in Spain and the USA. We worked on the creation of DAD Asia, with investments in 3 companies located in China, and with a very similar strategy to that of DAD in Spain and USA. The business model has been structured in a way that the risk is low and distributed. DaD invests between 50,000 and 250,000 Euros per company and only in those companies where, even though we have a minor participation (between 5% and 25%), we have an important role and influence in the company’s management in order to be able to be in touch with their day by day operations. DAD´s investment pipeline guarantees very selective investments at any moment in the world market of the Internet. Among the 93 individual investors that DaD has, there are businessmen from the Internet and Technology sectors that cover a vast range of advanced environments where the company wants to have a presence or already has it. This gives us a very broad knowledge of the sector assuring us of a high percentage of potential winners when selecting the projects where we invest.
