The joining of Center for Community Peacemaking (formerly LAVORP) and Conflict Resolution Services (formerly Lancaster Mediation Center), Advoz is a resource for conflict mediation and restorative justice for Lancaster County and around Central Pennsylvania. As a 501(c)(3) community organization, our mission is to transform conflict and build community with face-to-face dialogue programs including mediation, restorative justice and training in a range of dialogue techniques.
