Since 1949, The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation has restored the sights and sounds of daily life for thousands of Georgians. The Lighthouse’s mission has life-changing implications, helping to increase the independence and quality of life for individuals in financial need. Services include full eye exams, vision screenings, eyeglasses, eye surgeries and digital hearing aids that allow people to see and hear again. The reach of the Lighthouse extends across the state; in Fiscal Year 2015, over 15,000 services were provided in all 159 Georgia counties.
