SAGEN DOOEL Ilinden (“the Company” or “SAGEN”) is a private limited liability company based in Skopje, North Macedonia. The Company intends to build a new manufacturing site, which is projected to include all functions necessary to run a multipurpose pharmaceutical plant (“the Facility”). The Facility is expected to be located in the Technological Industrial Development Zone (TIDZ) Skopje 1 in the Municipality of Bunardzik. The mission of SAGEN is to establish a state-of-art CDMO, able to produce high quality pharmaceutical products for regional and international markets, in a competitive manner, by taking advantage of the favorable local business environment. The manufacturing capability is designed in a way to allow phasing of investment and future expansion according to demand and new technological needs.
