Carol Bailey conceived of practicing family law in a way we now call Integrative Family Law. Integrative Family Law is different from what you will find at other law firms and with other individual family law practitioners. All of our attorneys are trained to seek the least adversarial and most cost effective resolution to each individual’s family challenge, whether it is a divorce or some other family law problem. There are a variety of approaches to resolving family law issues including collaborative law, mediation, arbitration and court litigation. We have deep experience with each of these approaches to solving issues for families, so we are able without bias to make a wise recommendation about which process will most likely meet the needs of each individual and his or her family.
