Sumner County Emergency Communications is a consolidated public safety dispatcher center/911 PSAP providing service to the residents and guests of Sumner County, Kansas. SCEC covers a geographical area of 1,188 square miles of south-central Kansas with a population of just under 24,000. Public safety communications is provided to over 30 law enforcement, fire, emergency medical service, and emergency management agencies.
