Our goal is to support the leadership ambitions of young people. Working with schools, charities and other youth organisations to identify, develop and support young leaders from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities. Our vision is to see young people leading young people. We act as a greenhouse for new ideas and innovations, to provide young leaders with a platform for their creative and pioneering visions. Using a unique three-stage programme for new leaders to encourage, promote and deliver new ideas and leadership strategies. GreenWing believe that young people should be defined by their future, not their past.
