Mrs. Harwell-Young received her Bachelor Degree from Marquette University in the area of Business Administration. She specialized in Marketing and Information Systems. In 2002, she received her M.B.A. from Cardinal Stritch University. Her core competencies include analytical thinking, process improvement and technical writing.
