We work with small-to-midsize institutionals, private equity firms, family offices, local & regional banks, local & regional land and development funds, EB-5 investment channels, and high-net-worth individuals. We also co-invest with other real estate developers and investors. (2). Construction Management: Our construction division coexists with Optima Durant Development projects in Pennsylvania, New York, and Texas. Independently, we will also bid on ground-up and/or adaptive reuse projects. (3). Property Management: Our management entity supports all current and future properties under the umbrella of Optima Durant Development. We also provide an array of commercial and residential management services to independent high-end facilities in the Lehigh Valley (PA), New York City and Eastern Long Island markets. (4). Design Management: Our design division coexists with Optima Durant Development projects in Pennsylvania, New York, and Texas. Optima Durant Design also operates as an independent entity serving mid-level to über-high-end clientele. Our integrated and bespoke approach to design incorporates architecture with interior design, bringing bold aesthetic inspiration to the forefront, with the appropriate pragmatic balance.
