The Tampa Bay Innovation Center creates successful entrepreneurs, fosters the creation of high-tech jobs, and develops new sources of technology and manufacturing capabilities by nurturing early-stage ventures as they grow and launch their products into the marketplace. Our programs are tailored to the innovator/entrepreneur and address business intelligence, planning, and business formation, strategy execution, and technology transition. Services include business coaching, office & collaborative workspace, educational programs and workshops, business development resources, and a 12-week tech accelerator program for early-stage founders. In February of 2022, TBIC began construction of a dedicated incubator in South St. Pete. In collaboration with ARK Investment Management, the title sponsor of the new facility, this Leed Certified building will house event space, private offices, coworking, classrooms, conference rooms, podcasting studio space, and innovation labs. Past & current events include: IdeaCamp - a 2-day ideation workshop that has helped dozens of companies move from idea to action. Monthly Tech Talk Leadership Series - featured entrepreneurial leaders from around the Bay area talking about success (& failures) and the lessons learned along the way. Kauffman Foundation Fast Trac - a flexible course to support entrepreneurs as they start their business journey. Co-Starters workshop - a 9-week facilitator lead program for aspiring entrepreneurs in art, healthcare, technology, and creative industries. Product Strategy Office Hours - a monthly roundtable of startup founders to discuss issues, barriers, and action plans for launching a sustainable tech startup.
