Flymates was established in 2008 and is the first IATA Authorised Training Centre (ATC) and Regional Training Partner (RTP) in the Indian Ocean. We are also the local exclusive training partner of AMADEUS in Mauritius. Our mission is primarily to address the gaps in vocational training for the Aviation and Travel & Tourism sectors, with a focus on passion, transfer of knowledge and hands-on practice rather than sticking to theoretical knowledge. Our courses are duly registered with local authorities, leading to an IATA international certification. We also have the flexibility to develop non-IATA short courses that meet the specific needs of our customers for technical competencies as well as soft skills, be it for the airport ramp, cargo, passenger service, reservations, travel agency, security and safety, dangerous goods among other fields. Having acquired extensive experience in high-quality Customer Service and driven by our belief in the Service Culture concept, we have also developed the Uplifting Customer Service program, which aims at helping enterprises to raise their Customer Service standards and reap the associated benefits, in terms of market share, profitability, reputation and employee empowerment.
