Alba is an Outdoor Yoga Studio, just 1 hour from San José. We are located on a private farm in San José de la Montaña, in Heredia. We organize wellness events on specific dates so that you can come and enjoy. The events are small, with a maximum of 10 people, in order to give personalized attention to each one. Each event includes meditation, yoga class, and forest walk. We also share a brunch that can be adapted to the preferences of the group.
