Vitalize works with healthcare employers to improve the mental health of their staff. For healthcare workers (physicians, nurses, allied health professions), we offer an app-based mental health service led by experienced clinician coaches who uniquely understand our users. This is centered around two core features – group coaching, which for us is a combination of therapeutic strategies and professional coaching, and peer support, which is both specialty and identity based. To reinforce this, we offer mindfulness focused on navigating experiences at the root of burnout and emotional exhaustion. For healthcare employers, we offer a web-based dashboard that helps track dimensions of staff wellbeing and performance over time, and provide unique avenues for staff engagement.
