Northern Ohio AFP was founded in the late 1970s and is a not-for-profit professional association serving financial professionals in northeast Ohio. Northern Ohio AFP is affiliated with the Association for Financial Professionals, based in Bethesda, Maryland. The Northern Ohio AFP holds monthly luncheon meetings in the Cleveland, Ohio area, conducts periodic training and educational seminars, an annual summer fun outing, winter holiday party, and academic scholarship. Our signature event is a major one day educational symposium held each year, called the Idea Exchange.
