Verified Existing Conditions provides As-built services for Architects, Building Owners, Property Managers, Engineers and Homeowners. Utilizing high end 3D Laser Scanning equipment and conventional measuring devices. We provide finished architectural plans and models in AutoCAD or Revit format. We have been preparing As-Built projects since 1993 and can handle the largest of projects. We are located in Morris County, New Jersey. While many of our clients are in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and other East Coast locations, we also travel as needed and have worked on projects across the country.
