With a mission of improving the quality of life in the Arab region through understanding the dynamics of its cities. #Design efficient last-mile logistics and delivery networks: Optimize last-mile deliveries by designing a fit-for-purpose fulfillment network. This network should mirror people's mobility patterns to provide efficient delivery operations. #Re-Imagine the city in the age of social media: Conceptualize the dynamics, structure, and character of a city by analyzing the social media data. Mapping people's behavior patterns across the city tell different stories of the people and places that shape it. #Predict public transportation demand using location data: Help the providers of public transportation services (e.g., taxi, public bus, etc.) know when and where they can pick up more passengers, and tell passengers how to ride more quickly. #Direct and indirect prediction of city events: The prediction of urban dynamics as traffic occurrences and crowd displacement and the happening of mass events (e.g., concerts, fairs, sports events, etc.).
