Lancaster District CVS
www.lancastercvs.org.ukFor 50 years, we have supported the Voluntary Community, Faith and Social Enterprise sector to overcome the challenges they face so they can continue to make positive differences in their local communities. How do we help? 1) Funding – we help to facilitate the right amount of funding for the right activities, distributed in a way that supports VCFSE organisations and our local communities. 2) Volunteering – we help our members to attract, develop and retain high quality, dedicated volunteers who, through citizen participation, make a difference in communities. 3) Supporting the VCFSE Sector– we help to enhance the reputation, professionalism, capacity and independence of our members. 4) Connecting the VCFSE sector through networks and partnerships, both internally and externally – we help our members to talk to each other, share knowledge, debate sometimes contentious issues and work together to create a positive impact for communities. We work together with our partners, to support and amplify the voices of communities, charitable and voluntary organizations, ensuring that they are valued, understood and properly resourced to tackle pressing social challenges. Backed by our expertise and in-depth knowledge of HMRC and Charity Commission requirements, we also offer book-keeping, independent examinations, and all-inclusive payroll services.
