TST Tactical Defense Solutions began in 2011 to address emerging defense requirements for the U.S. Navy & has grown considerably to handle a range of federal, commercial, & international customers. Over the years, we have established 3 business divisions: Roofing (TST Roofing), Construction (TDSC), Ship Repair/Armor (TST Defense). We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned & Minority Owned Small Business providing leadership & program management. We have a team of experienced & professional employees, subcontractors, & partners that offer consistent excellence in a cost effective manner. Our staff consists of a fully developed management team, QC system, QCMs, safety program, SSHOs, field workers & superintendents; headed by President, Ryan Turner. Ryan understands the needs of the government customer because he was once the customer. He spent his early career as a B-52 aviator managing people & programs that dealt with critical timelines, multi-million dollar budgets, & billions of dollars in assets. Ryan culminated his career as a US Air Force Captain, Combat Flight Instructor, & Flight Commander. Additionally, Ryan has his MBA and holds his Class A Contractors License with the state of VA. He has transferred the skills learned as an Air Force officer & is leading the company through a similar course of excellence & quality that is expected in the military.
