Granite Comfort was founded in 2018 by Alex Black and Tiger Infrastructure Partners to invest in and partner with established, market-leading HVAC contractors in the United States. We augment the business model of partner businesses by enabling them to add a rental offering to their existing portfolio of home comfort solutions, creating a unique and differentiated selling proposition that is proven to result in accelerated and more predictable business growth. “The traditional HVAC model of one-time sales for the most expensive item in a house is daunting to customers, who don’t know if they’re getting “sold a bill of goods”, which equipment is best for them, who will install it properly, how to maintain it to last, and when it might need major repairs or replacement.
