Talk24 owns and operates its own network with primary service nodes in Europe and Far East and maintains it’s R&D and programming office in Odessa Ukraine. Talk24 has deployed its NGNS telecom platform which delivers telecom services over a converged network infrastructure in compliance with many industry standards and protocols for GSM, CDMA, WiMax, etc. The platform also provides value-added services to the converged FMC market with international roaming capability for prepaid billing, service provision, OTA, VAS applications management specializing in CAMEL session controllers.
