Turning 11, Queens World continues to navigate the New NEW with online screenings, live broadcasts that spotlight underserved artists and audiences. Queens World is set to return to the Museum of the Moving Image, Kaufman Astoria Studios, Queens Theatre, and other incredible venues around Queens in November 2022. We will adhere to all regulations and add a few exciting safe twists to engage the world. We will continue many of our signature elements: dynamic thematic programming and hosted screening events with engaging talk-backs, relevant networking opportunities, warm and inclusive parties, and gatherings. As always we will curate a festival that offers exciting, topical, bold, and entertaining features and shorts, narratives, documentaries, experimental films, and animation. We screen all styles & genres with an emphasis on craft and storytelling. We are thrilled to introduce independent and international cinema to Queens and to introduce Queens to the world.
