We are the local Children’s Aid Society providing protection services under the Child and Family Services Act. We are funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and governed by a 12 member volunteer Board of Directors. Every month we provide protection services and supports to over 350 families in our communities and complete approximately 80 investigations. Our services are varied and depend on the needs of the children, youth and families. We work closely together with families, other community partners and First Nations to provide children and youth with safe, nurturing environments.
