Dos colombianos crearon la primera planta en el mundo para elaborar miel y harina derivadas del café. La compañía Sanadores Ambientales, artífice de esta innovación en el sector de la agroindustria, fue fundada en 2008 por el ingeniero de alimentos Juan Carlos Jaramillo y el economista Andrés Ramírez. Sanadores Ambientales fué certificado y acreditado como la única compañía en Colombia autorizada para elaborar miel de café, también conocida como mucílago concentrado, y harina de cáscara de café. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Two Colombians created the first plant to produce honey and flour derived from coffee in the world. The company SANAM, the creator of this innovation in the agroindustry sector, was founded in 2008 by the food engineer Juan Carlos Jaramillo and the economist Andrés Ramírez. SANAM was certified and accredited as the only company in Colombia authorized to produce coffee honey, also known as concentrated mucilage, and coffee husk meal.
