For several years, the Filmbüro Baden-Württemberg e.V. has been hosting two film festivals: Europes biggest Indian film festival, the ‚Indian Film Festival Stuttgart’ and the ‚Filmschau Baden-Württemberg’, which have been established as an integral part of the cultural calendar in Stuttgart. Additionally, in the course of the Filmschau, the Filmbüro hosts the 'Wettbewerb um den Jugendfilmpreis', a competition to support newcomers.
